This gives me a clear picture of your initial purposes in pursuing a Board seat, as well as your best fit as a Board director.
Note: An existing resume is NOT needed to start the process.
STEP 2: Deep-Dive Strategy Session Interview
You and I will discuss your Board goals and leadership achievements in detail during a Strategy Session interview, where I ask many questions in order to elicit your leadership brand, executive successes, and Board readiness.
STEP 3: Additional Details, Metrics, and Document Review
I analyze all information you feel is pertinent to your Board search, such as strategic initiatives or project details.
These often include your Board-adjacent work, governance skills, domain expertise, committee roles, and target organizations.
Together, we will step through your career to discuss expertise in growth and scalability, financial acumen, strategic thinking, innovation, and more.
STEP 4: Custom Board Resume & Bio Development
I write your Board resume (and LinkedIn Profile and Biography, if ordered) from SCRATCH to my high standards, with a writing process that often spans up to 20 hours.
STEP 5: Review Your New Documents
I'll send your fully completed documents to you for your review, along with instructions for scheduling a follow-up call so we can walk through your Board resume together.
